Our Charge Policy

  1. We charge an hourly rate, in fifteen minute increments, for time we spend working on your job. This includes:
  2. Time spent on the job at your premises.
  3. Time we spend working on your job at our premises or elsewhere, including telephone support.
  4. Travel time directly related to your job.
  5. Our charge rates are $85 per hour (Technician) and $105 per hour (Partner).
  6. Where we need to purchase parts or components on your behalf we charge cost plus 20%.
  7. There is no “Call Out Fee” as such.
  8. We do NOT charge if we cannot get a result.
  9. We will issue a Tax Invoice in the name of Dubbo Secretariat either:
      1. When your job is finished, or
      2. At the end of each calendar month for work done during the month.
  10. Our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. You may pay by:
      1. Cheque payable to Dubbo Secretariat at PO Box 34, Dubbo 2830
      2. In cash at Dubbo Secretariat Colour Copy Shop, 270 Macquarie Street
      3. Direct credit to Dubbo Secretariat,   Westpac, BSB=032-646, A/c 335199
